We’re excited to share that First Step Pediatric Therapy will be transitioning from Fusion / Ensora to a new electronic medical records system called Ocean Friends. This change will help us improve communication, accessibility, and the overall experience for our families.

A brand-new patient portal for families with all previous records securely transferred
A patient mobile app for easy access on the go
Text message reminders for appointments, updates, and cancelation/waitlist openings
More streamlined billing with invoicing and autopay run every week.
