We’re excited to share that First Step Pediatric Therapy has transitioned from Ensora Health to a new electronic medical records system called Ocean Friends. This change will help us improve communication, accessibility, and the overall experience for our families.
What Families Can Expect
A brand-new patient portal for families with all previous records securely transferred
A patient mobile app for easy access on the go
Text message reminders for appointments, updates, and cancelation/waitlist openings
More streamlined billing with invoicing and autopay run every week.

We typically send out new forms at the beginning of each calendar year to get updated information. After the Hard Launch of Ocean Friends, we will let you know if any updated forms will be sent before Jan of 2027.
