Some Kaiser plans. However, your child’s Kaiser PCP must fax us a referral/authorization for coverage to apply.
Don’t see your insurance listed above?
If your insurance is not listed above, we encourage you to explore your out-of-network benefits. We accept HSA and FSA cards and can provide you with a detailed invoice, also known as a superbill. Families can then submit this paid invoice to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
Private payment arrangements are available for all of our services. Please discuss these with our office.
