Hi, I’m Carolyn! I completed my undergraduate studies at Stanford University and earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco, where I graduated with honors. After finishing school, I began my career at Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland, working in the Pediatric Rehabilitation Department with kids and their families in the acute rehab setting.

After four wonderful years in the Bay Area, I moved back home to Seattle to be closer to my family. For nearly five years, I worked at Seattle Children’s Hospital on the acute care service, where I continued to grow my experience and passion for pediatric care.

I’m so excited to be joining First Step Pediatrics and to continue doing what I love most—helping children and their families reach their goals, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. I believe deeply in collaborating with families and empowering them to be part of every step of their child’s progress.

I was born and raised here in Seattle and am a lifelong fan of our professional sports teams. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, our two young boys, and our black lab, Griffey.
