Hello! I’m Samantha / Sam (I go by both!)

I earned a BAS in Early Childhood Education and spent about 5 years as a preschool teacher, before making a career change into the medical front office and insurance field.

I'm passionate about shaping young minds and empowering little hearts—something I learned from my amazing mom. I am grateful that I can combine my passion for working with families with little ones, and my skills as a medical front office professional, to advocate for and work alongside the families and children in the First Step community.

Outside of work you can find me cherishing quality time with loved ones, enjoying yummy food, crocheting or crafting, going on outdoor adventures, taking part in discipleship at my church, and praising God for his goodness!
